Sabrina provide a tour of Langdon Communities where I settled on a new build that filled my family's requirements. Over the three days. Holiday Sabrina ensured I saw a good look at both preowned and new builds for sale. As a result, I chose a great two-story 5 bedroom home that met all the specifications of my family. Financed through the VA which was a real winner for me. What I appreciated the most was the great team approach she presented that ensure that I was provided with the right information on each property we looked at which eventually drove my final decision. Sabrina Colon was great to work with and after the purchase, she provided great updates on the new home as the building took place.
Working with her and seeing the professionalism that she brought to our first home buy was so much appreciated. Our arrival in Texas from Hawaii was delayed as the result of the unseasonal Winter storm that shut down San Antonio and the state of Texas. Finally, her adaptability: I had personal matters to deal with in another state. So, I wasn't able to continue our home search in person. This didn't phase her and I felt comfortable with this given prior engagements and she quickly learned what we did and did not like about a house. She switched to simply going to the showing by herself and sending us videos. This ultimately lead to the home we purchased.
