In my multifaceted career, I have always been the consummate professional. Resourceful by nature, I am known for my dedicated initiative and consistent follow-through. A master at multitasking and effectively dealing with pressure, nothing will impede my advocacy as a professional Realtor. My proven interpersonal skills ensure each transaction will serve my client’s best interests, as well as upholding the highest standard of ethics. Attentive listening, clear analytical thinking, planning skills, and above all, building client relationships worthy of their investment and trust, are among my business hallmarks.
When you consider what I have accomplished professionally, you will understand the reasons behind a growing real estate business. It is common knowledge that a superior Realtor possesses key qualities to be successful. The first is perseverance; real estate investment is the largest financial transaction many will make; as such, respect and time are needed. Patience is the second quality, clearly related to the first. Inquisitiveness is mandatory; you cannot afford to miss the smallest detail. This is a detailed-intensive business; therefore, discipline is equally important. Expert execution is the bottom line and customer concern is a first and last priority. I have clearly refined these abilities over the years beginning with my education and continuing through my professional experience.
Upon earning a Bachelor's degree at New Mexico State University in Business Administration and Finance, I went on to the University of Nevada Las Vegas to earn a second Baccalaureate degree focusing on the hospitality industry.
My innovative and problem-solving abilities were highlighted in my role as Analyst/Administrator for a major Las Vegas hotel and casino. My analytical skills were honed in compiling key financial and statistical data to track revenue and other trends specifically for the casino. Additionally, I introduced new systems to manage department employee performance and maximize department efficiency.
Over the course of a decade, I worked as a Director for A.C. Houston. There I established a marketing department and was accountable for all marketing programs, internal and external events, and collateral for 11 branches. My achievements went further, whether she was managing the complex point-of-sale system or conceiving and coordinating dozens of annual customer promotional events throughout the southwestern United States including trade shows, golf tournaments, and educational seminars. My ability to connect with the client base was well-known and highly admired throughout the firm.
My husband and I have lived in the Central Texas area for many years. I have served an Ambassador to the American Cancer Society for my office, volunteered with Star of Texas Rodeo, and am a past member of the Junior League of Austin. My many credentials in the field include:
