Round Rock High Schools Include:

Cedar Ridge High School: The Cedar Ridge high community strives to “provide a learning environment that respects all cultures, celebrates achievement, and promotes citizenship in an ever-changing global community”. Their principal is Dr. Daniel Presley, their attendance rate is 96%, and their annual drop out rates 0.2%. Students can choose from many athletic activities here such as Baseball, Men’s/Women’s Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Men’s/Women’s Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Men’s/Women’s Track & Field, and Volleyball. Extra-curricular include Band, Choir, Dance, Orchestra, Piano, Theater, and Visual Arts.

McNeil High School: McNeil’s current student enrollment is 2,444 and their principal is Mr. John Yonker. Their TEA accountability rating is Recognized, and their accomplishments include commandment on their College-Ready Graduates and Social Studies department. They have an annual drop out rate of 0.2% and an average SAT score of 1110.

Round Rock High School: Round Rock High’s current student enrollment is 2,732 and their current principal is Ms. Natalie Nichols. Their TEA accountability rating is Acceptable, their attendance rate is 94.6%, and their annual drop out rate is 0.1%. Their average SAT score is 1041, and their average ACL is 22.6. Their mascot is the Braggin’ Dragons, and their athletics department offers everything from Football to Swimming. Students also have the opportunity to participate in Band, Choir, Dance and Theater.

Stony Point High School: Stony Points current enrollment is 2,277 students, and their principal is Mr. Albert Hernandez. Their TEA rating is Academically Acceptable, and their honors include Gold Performance Acknowledgements for College Ready Graduates and a commendment on Social Studies. Success High School: Success high school is a smaller alternative high school established to address the unique needs of students in at-risk situations, students who desire acceleration, or students who need evening classes. Their current enrollment is 138 students, and their principal is Ms. Thomasine Stewart. Their TSA accountability rating is Acceptable, and they were commended on Social Studies in the Gold Performance Acknowledgements. Their annual drop out rate is 18.3% and about 99% of the population are at-risk students.

Westwood High School: Westwood High’s current student enrollment is 2,586, and their principal is Ms. Laurelyn Aterbury. Their TEA rating is Recognized, and their awards include Gold Performance Acknowledgements for AB/IB Results, College Admissions, College-Ready Graduates, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Deerpark Middle School: Deerpark's principal is Ms. Sonya Hayes, and their current student enrollment is 950. They received a Recognized rating from the TEA and received two Gold Performance Acknowledgements for Reading and Social Studies.

Grisham Middle School: Grisham’s principal is Ms. Kim Winters, and their current enrollment is at 685 students. They received a rating of Academically Acceptable from the TEA in 2011.

Hernandez Middle School: Hernandez Middle Schools principal is Dr. Deborah Brennan and their current student enrollment is at 866. They received a rating of Academically Acceptable from the TEA in 2011.

Hopewell Middle School: Hopewell’s principal is Mr. Anthony Watson, and their current student enrollment is at 869. They received a rating of Academically Acceptable from the TEA, and received a Gold Performance Acknowledgement for Reading and Social Studies.

Ridgeview Middle School: Ridgeview’s principal is Dr. Holly Galloway, and their current student enrollment is at 1,356. They received a rating of Academically Acceptable in 2011 and received a Gold Performance Acknowledgement for Social Studies.

James G. Walsh Middle School: Walsh Middle School’s principal is Ms. Toni Hicks, and their current student enrollment is at 1,270. They received an Exemplary rating from the TEA and have received several Gold Performance Acknowledgements.
