Homes for sale in Shenandoah have been in existence since the mid-1970s. At the time Cedar Park was a newly incorporated city of fewer than 2000 people. With its proximity to both downtown Austin and access to tech giants like IBM, Apple, Flextronics, and Dell only a 20-minute drive, Shenandoah has become a desired location for families who are looking for shorter commutes but with a suburban lifestyle.
