Dec 1st | Christmas on the Chisholm Trail
Join great vendors and more in historic downtown Belton for Christmas on the Chisholm Trail. Featuring over 100 vendors including food vendors, Santa, Courthouse lighting,Holiday Choirs, and don’t forget the Holiday Parade! There is sure to be something to get everyone in the holiday spirit at this fun event.
December 3rd | Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting - Temple Texas
Join downtown temple at one of the largest lighted Christmas parades in Texas as they welcome Santa Clause. In it’s 72nd year, join friends as neighbors as the mayor lights the city’s downtown decorations and the tree. After the lights, the parade begins with over 100 illuminated entries, local personalities, and community groups!
December 14th | Harker Heights Frost Fest
A great way to celebrate Christmas with a unique Texas flavor. The 15th Annual Harker Heights Frost Fest. Join local vendors at a Holiday Farmer’s Market, and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies! There will also be a wreath decorating contest, Santa and more!
December 15th | Bend Of The River Christmas
A fantastic holiday event in it’s 3rd year, Bend of the River Christmas hosted at Reuben D. Talasek Bend of the River (7915 S General Bruce Dr) is the perfect way to have some fun this holiday season. From wagon rides, cowboy Santa, activities and more (including riding a mechanical reindeer) there is something for everyone!
December 17th - January 2nd | A Christmas Carol (1951) | The Beltonian
A perfect way to get into the holiday spirit is with a favorite movie! A Christmas Carol, released in 1951 has grown in popularity over the years and even more since it’s television release in the 50’s and 60’s. Screening at The Beltonian Theater during the month of December, it is the perfect time to grab a few friends and see this classic!
