The 2014 DFW Boat Expo ends this weekend! It is running now through Sunday, February 9th at the Dallas Market Hall (2200 Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX). The DFW Boat Expo at Dallas Market Hall will have over 650 all-new 2014 boat and watercraft models on display and available for purchase from 20 North Texas boat dealers. The 2014 Collin County Home & Garden Show will be this weekend at the Allen Event Center (200 E Stacy Rd #1350, Allen, TX). It will run Friday, February 7th through Sunday, February 9th. WOGA Classic

The World Olympic Gymnastics Academy Classic will be held this weekend at the Dr. Pepper Arena (2601 Avenue of the Stars, Frisco, TX). The WOGA Classic attracts top gymnastics teams from across the USA and the world. As one of the largest and longest running international competitions in the United States, the WOGA Classic brings together a magnificent field of competitors from 14 countries and is an outstanding opportunity to see future Olympic stars. There will also be autographs by Olympic Champion Carly Patterson, an appearance by Nastia Liukin and special performances by U.S. National Team Members Acro Mixed Pair and World Champions Cheer Athletics. The 2014 Hot Chocolate 15/5K will be at Fair Park (3809 Grand Ave, Dallas, TX) Saturday, February 8th at 7:30am! The name may be sweet, but this race is for serious exercisers only. All participants must be able to maintain a 15 minute per mile pace or faster - fall short of that and you risk being left behind by not only other runners/walkers, but the race organizers as well. Paws on the Prairie is a free event at the Trinity River Audubon Center (6500 Great Trinity Forest Blvd, Dallas, TX) where the Trinity River Audubon Center and the Great Trinity Forest open up to the Dallas canine community on Saturday, February 8th at 10am! The event will let visitors explore the Blackland Prairie and Great Trinity Forest and its five miles of trails with their dogs, give opportunities to take home a new friend through pet adoptions, learn how you and your dog can help the environment, taste great food and get free doggie waste bags.
