The Corpus Christi area saw a slight decrease in number of homes sold in Corpus Christi, Calallen, and Padre Island in November, while Portland saw a slight increase from 15 sales in October to 26 sales in November.

Number of days on market is up in Padre Island, Corpus Christi, and Portland; however, we saw a drop in Calallen where the market shows no signs of slowing down as homes are spending an average of only 64 days on the market in November, compared to an average of 71 days in October.

Median sales price for single family homes has significantly increased in the Corpus Christi area, averaging a $12,000 increase in all four areas last month.
