Temple Texas saw it's median house price rise by 6.4% this year compared to last November. Active listings are down up 11.5%, and the number of closed sales were up by 21.3%. The rise in closed sales could be what has led to fewer days on the market and a rising median price as the inventory has sold off.

Belton median price was down 21.3% this November compared to last year, active listings we’re also down by 15%. Average days on the market were down on average, around 77 days. Closed sales in November totaled 27, an increase of 12.3% compared to 2018.

In Killeen, home sales were up 11.6%. The median price remained the same at $134K. Active listings were down 20.3% compared to November 2018.

The average number of days on the market in Harker Heights dropped sixteen days less compared to November 2018. Active listings were up 24.1% with 139 listings on the market in 2019. The median price was up 5.4% and closed sales were up 22.2% compared to November 2018.
