Temple Texas saw it's median house price rise by 7.4% this year compared to last June. Active listings are down by 6.9%, but the number of closed sales are up. This has led to fewer days on the market, a rising median price, and a shrinking inventory.

Belton median price was down 30.4% this June compared to June 2018, however active listings on the up by 2.2%. Average days on market were down on average around 65 days. These fluctuations could be due, in part to the small number of listings in the Belton market.

Killeen saw some decline this June, as home sales were down but the median price rose. The trend could be in part to the shrinking inventory as active listings were down 23.4% compared to June 2018.

The average number of days on market in Harker Heights dropped 6 days less compared to June 2018. The median price was up 10.8% and closed sales were down 9.4% compared to June 2018.
