The Temple- Belton area saw a slight decrease in number of homes sold in Temple, Belton and Killeen in November, while Harker Heights saw a slight increase from 34 sales in October to 43 sales in November.

Number of days on market is up in Temple, Killeen and Harker Heights; however, we saw a significant drop in Belton where the market shows no signs of slowing down as homes are spending an average of only 78 days on the market in November, compared to an average of 89 days in October.

Median sales price for single family homes has remained consistent in Temple, Belton and Killeen, but saw a $20,000 increase in Harker Heights.
