Temple Texas saw it's median house price fall by 0.7% this year compared to last July. Active listings are down by 4.8%, but the number of closed sales are up by 2.9%. This drop has led to fewer days on the market and a shrinking inventory.

Belton median price was down 22.7% this July compared to last year, however active listings on the up by 6.5%. Average days on the market were down on average, around 65 days. Closed sales in July totaled 38, an increase of 18.8% compared to July 2018.

Killeen saw some growth this July, as home sales were up 7.9%. Additionally, the median price rose 8.5% to $141K. The trend could be in part to the shrinking inventory as active listings were down 22.7% compared to July 2018.

The average number of days on the market in Harker Heights dropped six days less compared to June 2018. Active listings were up 8.5% with 141 listings on the market in July 2019 Median price was up 30.6% but closed sales were down 8.5% compared to July 2018.
