The Director of Business Development / Recruiter position has three main functions: Recruit, Retain, and Assist productive sales associates. We are growing the Dallas market and expanding our High Tech Real Estate business.
The profile of a HomeCity Business Development Director:
The Director of Business Development / Recruiter position in the HomeCity Model is a demanding position. They are in effect the right hand of the Market Director. – They must understand and live the HomeCity Culture – with high ethics, personal integrity and a high regard for others.
We are searching for a high minded, learning based, driven individual who loves people but above all team builds and understands how people work and prosper. The candidate must have good computer skills, social media skills and communication skills along with a drive to succeed through others. Real estate experience is a must and a track record of success is critical. Our current office has 20 agents who need a Director of Business Development / Recruiting leader to help build our company as well as the agent’s business.
The ideal candidate will possess some real estate knowledge (a licensed agent is preferred) and will have a warm and friendly personality with high energy.
- Keeping up with our CRM and following up with potential candidates
- Experience in networking and event planning in order to build our brand and create recruiting opportunities.
- Technology and forward thinking is a must
- Phone skills are at a premium for this position
We are located in the Plano / Addison area of Texas
The compensation is 35k base and a bonus potential of 45k to 60k. Total package of 80k to 95k.
