The town of Ingleside is situated between Corpus Christi and Port Aransas on Corpus Christi Bay. It’s prime location allows residents to enjoy a quieter life close to city amenities. Drive just 7 minutes to Live Oak Park on Parkview Place to enjoy an 18 hole disc golf course and tennis courts. This park is also a great spot for birder watchers, as it’s on the Greater Texas Coastal Birding Trail frequented by both an impressive array of local and migrating birds. Bird enthusiasts can also enjoy Whitney Lake, which features observation platforms and docks for birdwatching. There is a public boat ramp at  Ebony and Woodhaven, and, if you’re craving a day at the beach there are several options to choose from within a 20 minute drive. Padre Island National Seashore is only a one hour drive from the center of town. Corpus Christi is within a 20 minute drive, offering museums, family activities and a number of shopping and dining options.
