Corpus Christi, Texas saw it's median house price grow by 7.3% this year compared to last December. Active listings are also up by 3.6%, but the number of closed sales are up by 8.9%. This along with 17 fewer days on market, could imply shrinking inventory as we head into the new year.

Some good news out of Calallen! Median price was up 27.6% this December compared to December 2017, active listings are also up by 37.9%. Average days on market were down on average around 13 days, meaning more homes are on the market for a shorter time and could be a contributing factor to increasing prices in the market.

Portland saw some decline this December, as home sales were down but median price rose. The trend could be in part to the growing inventory as active listings were up 21.6% compared to December 2017.

Median price rose 4.7% in Flour Bluff however closed sales were down 16.7%. With average days on market around 56 and around 3.8 months of inventory compared to 4.5 in December 2017.
