Temple Texas saw it's median house price rise by 12% this year compared to last December. Active listings are down up 6.3%, and the number of closed sales were up by 2.3%. The rise in closed sales could be what has led to fewer days on the market and a rising median price as the inventory has sold off.
Belton's median price was down 20.8% this December compared to last year, active listings we’re down up by 15%. Average days on the market were down on average, around 46 days. Closed sales in December totaled 23, an increase of 15% compared to 2018.
In Killeen, home sales were up 13.6%. The median price rose 12.7% to $145K. Active listings were down 21.6% compared to December 2018.
The average number of days on the market in Harker Heights dropped seven days less compared to December 2018. Active listings were down 12.2% with 94 listings on the market in December 2019. The median price was up 10.9% and closed sales were up 29.4% compared to December 2018.
