Temple Texas saw it's median house price rise by 6.4% this year compared to last October. Active listings are down 11%, and the number of closed sales were up by 21.3%.
Belton median price was down 21.3% this October compared to last year, active listings down by 15%. Average days on the market were down on average, around 77 days. Closed sales in October totaled 27, an increase of 12.5% compared to October 2018.
In Killeen home sales were up 11.6%. Additionally, the median price remained the same compared to 2018 at $134K. The trend could be in part to the shrinking inventory as active listings were down 20.3% compared to October and inventory was down 29%.
The average number of days on the market in Harker Heights dropped 16 days less compared to October 2018. Active listings were up 24.1% with 139 listings on the market. Median price was up 5.4% and closed sales were up 22.2% compared to October 2018.
