Corpus Christi, Texas saw a median house price of $186K this January, a decrease of 0.1%. Active listings are down by 6.2%, and the number of closed sales were up 26.7%.
In Padre Island, the median price was down 14.7% this January compared to last year. Active listings were down 0.7%. There were a total of 42 closed sales in the market as closed sales as a whole were up 27.3%.
In Port Aransas, home sales were up 33.3% with a total of 16 closings this January. The median price rose 10.4% to $387K with active listings up 1.3%.
The median price fell 5% on the Southside with closed sales up 43.1%. With average days on the market at 63 days and active listings down 9.5%, the prices could see a rise as inventory sells off.
