Corpus Christi, Texas saw a median house price of $199K this October, an increase of 8.1%. Active listings are down by 3.1%, and the number of closed sales was down 0.3%.

In Padre Island, the median price was up 16.3% this October compared to last year. Active listings were up 3.7%. There were a total of 48 closed sales in the market, however, closed sales were down 12.7%.

Port Aransas saw some growth this October, as home sales were up 59.1%. The median price rose 9.9% to $413K. With a total of 35 listings sold and active listings up 16.4%, the Port Aransas market could see prices rise as inventory is sold.

The median price rose 9.5% in Four Bluff with closed sales up 20.8%. With average days on the market at 72 days and active listings down 15.7%, the fall market seems to have been active in the Flour Bluff area.
