Corpus Christi, Texas saw a median house price of $210K this December, an increase of 11.1%. Active listings are down by 2.3%, and the number of closed sales were up 1.7%.

In Padre Island, the median price was up 16.1% this December compared to last year. Active listings were up 10.6%. There were a total of 36 closed sales in the market, closed sales as a whole were down 2.9%.

In Port Aransas, home sales were up 62.5% with a total of 39 closings this December. The median price rose 9.9% to $384K. With active listings were up 13.3%, the Port Aransas market could see prices increase as inventory as closed sales increase.

The median price fell 8.9% in Four Bluff with closed sales up 66.7%. With average days on the market at 62 days and active listings down 21.7%, the prices could continue to rise as inventory sells off.
