San Antonio saw a 3% increase in median price at $238K with an average of 56 days on the market. With a large inventory and an increase of total sales of 10%, the San Antonio Market appears to be very active as we enter the Summer season.

Spring Branch had a total of 40 closed sales this month with a median price increase of 13% at $390K. Active listings were up 5.6% to a total of 169 in May. Along with the rise of listings, homes were on the market for an average of 63 days. The total was an average drop in 39 days on the market compared to May 2018. While the majority of these factors indicate a good summer season, we have yet to see if the numbers will remain consistent.

The Bulverde market saw small activity during the month of May. In total, 16 homes were on the market resulting in a 30% drop in active listings compared to last May. Additionally, there was a drop in the median home price of 11.3% to $295K.

The New Braunfels market continues to grow steadily with active listings up 15.9% with a total of 664 active listings on the market. In addition to the active listings, 229 sales were closed in May. The number of closed sales was an increase of 12.8% compared to last May. The numbers in the market this May could indicate steady activity during the Summer.
