Corpus Christi Texas saw it's median house price at $200K increase by 0.9% this year compared to last June. Active listings are down by 7.8%, and the number of closed sales was also down 15%.
In Ingleside, the median price was down 37.8% this June compared to last year. Active listings were up by 46.9%. Average days on the market were down to an average of 45 days. It should be noted that significant changes could be due to the relatively small number of closed sales. As of June 2019, there were a total of 15 sales in the Ingleside market.
Portland saw some slowing this June, as home sales were down 15.2% and the median price rose 2%. The trend could be in part to the growing inventory with 135 homes on the market and a total of 5.9 months of inventory.
The median price rose 9.7% in Padre Island with closed sales up 29.2%. With average days on the market around 112 days and around 6.8 months of inventory compared to 7.3 in January 2018.
