San Antonio Texas saw it's median house price increase by 4% this year compared to last July with a median price for single-family homes sold at $239K. The average days on the market remained close to the same as last year at 52 days (2 days more than last year).

In Bulverde, the median price was up 15.3% this July compared to last year. Average days on the market were down 46 days to an average of 34 days. The overall number of closed sales was small and was 50% less than last year (a total of 4).

In Spring Branch, the median price was up to $367K during July. The number of closed sales fell 22.6% to a total of 41. With the average home on the market 36 days, 26 days less than last July.

Median prices fell 0.4% in New Braunfels. However, closed sales were up 15.7%. With average days on the market at 74, which is 12 days more than last year. The biggest news is the number of active listings that were up by 11.3% to a total of 662 as of July 2019. The growing inventory could be one of the factors leading to an unchanging median price.
