Corpus Christi, Texas saw a median house price of $210K this July, an increase of 5.5%. Active listings are down by 3.7%, but the number of closed sales were up 10.3%.
In Ingleside, the median price was down 47.3% this June compared to last year. Active listings were down 4.3%. Average days on the market were down to an average of 56 days. It should be noted that significant changes could be due to the relatively small number of closed sales. As of July 2019, there were a total of 8 closed sales in the Ingleside market.
Port Aransas saw some growth this June, as home sales were up 58.3% and the median price rose 3.6%. The trend could be in part to the growing inventory with 264 homes on the market and an increase of 40.4% compared to last year.
The median price rose 9.1% in Padre Island with closed sales up 7.7%. With average days on the market around 58 days and active listings up 3.4%, the mid-summer market seems to be active in the Padre Island area.
